Janome Ultra Glide Needle Plate & Ultra Glide Foot
A feature of this set is the special process that has been applied to the needle plate and foot. Fabrics that would normally stick to the needle plate and presser foot can now be sewn with ease. As well as this, the Ultra Glide Foot can also be used for stitches other than simply straight stitch.
The Ultra Glide Needle Plate is compatible with most 9mm models and comes with Easy Set Bobbin capability. This needle plate has a bobbin case thread cutter attached so thread tails can be cut easily. As a result, it's not necessary to pull the bobbin thread away from the needle holes. It's also possible to attach to models for which the needle plate is not the Easy Set Bobbin type.
