Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the mainland UK on orders over £50.

Choosing Express Delivery does not guarantee an exact delivery date or time, this is subject to the operation of the courier. 

We try to dispatch orders same day on orders made before 5pm where possible.

Delivery time is usually between 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 You will be provided with tracking information via the email address provided at the time of check out. Once orders are dispatched the expected delivery time is out of our control and falls under the courier service provider. Please use the tracking provide for updates on your delivery times. 

If you have any problems and do not receive your parcel please advise us on the email sales@sewingmachinesuk.co.uk as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to escalate missing parcels with the courier until 14 working days after dispatch. 

Aerosols/Oil Do Not Qualify For Free Shipping - As Special Shipping Is Required Due To The Nature Of The Products.

Certain heavy items exceeding weight limits may incur a 'Heavy Goods' Delivery fee if you are out side of our operational zone; as they may not be able to be delivered by our engineers, which would be standard (This service comes with either a live video or recorded tutorial for your machine).

Certain items may come under our 'Awkward Item' delivery due to their size. This will be calculated at check out. 

Industrial machines (not including Brother PR embroidery machines) are only delivered by ourselves within our catchment area of the south east of England. All other deliveries are provided on a pallet as a curbside delivery only. Entering your postcode during the checkout process will advise if you are within our catchment area.

We reserve the right to refuse dispatch if a full and recognised address is not provided.
