only once bought and paid for were we informed that there was a 7 to 10 day wait for stock to be available. Then Royal mail gave us several different delivery slots, over course of 2 seperate days, which meant someone was confined to the house when they had other things to do, then when finally delivered, the outer box the item was packaged in was too big for the manufacturers packaging, and the dispatcher had not added enough air bags to secure the manufacturer's box inside the dispatch box, and there was also clear evidence of mistreatment by the courier, which led to damage of the manufactrer's packaging, including the polystyrene.
