Special Limited Collector's Edition Mid-Arm Quilting and Piecing Machine

 

Today we have an amazing machine joining us in our Gillingham Showroom in the form of the Juki TL 2020 Platinum Edition!

To celebrate JUKI's 80+ year anniversary they've released this special Limited Collector's Edition Tl-2020 Platinum Edition!

The machine is very striking with it's Platinum exterior and has a lot of the great features that you would come to expect from a high performance JUKI machine. There have only been 2,000 sets produced and therefore it makes this machine very sought after! The machine comes with a serialized Certificate of Authenticity that has been signed by the JUKI President himself, Akira Kiyohara!

Aside to all the flashy exterior and limited nature of the machine, it is an absolute powerhouse! The TL-2020 PE is at it's heart a high-performance sewing, quilting and bag making machine! It's a portable, single needle, lock-stitch machine that is constructed of an aluminium die-casting to make it capable of industrial quality sewing!

Now to get more technical!

The machine boasts a larger range of features that includes an industrial sub-tension system as well as a variable speed control slider and even an automatic thread trimmer, which can be activated by using the button on the machine or using the foot controller!

The machine has a sewing speed of up to 1,500 spm (stitches per minute), that can be adjusted using the sliding speed controller to as low as 200 spm, so that you have complete control over your project. This slower speed is also utilised in the sewing of heavyweight fabrics/quilting to ensure accurate feeding.

The presser foot can be adjusted easily, by turning the regulator on the top of the machine. Needle up/down control, allowing you to change the needle position with the press of a button. Bright LED lighting, automatic needle threader, knee lifter.... And the list just goes on and on!
